Commissioning a bespoke piece is a deeply personal journey. From your initial spark of inspiration to the hand-drawn sketch and the final finished piece, I am dedicated to ensure every step is crafted with precision and care. From engagement rings and wedding bands to one-of-a-kind creations, I collaborate with you every step of the way, whether in person or through video consultations, to bring your vision to life.

Step 1- Design Consultation
Your bespoke journey begins with an initial conversation via email or virtual consultation, where we discuss your vision, budget, timeline, and preferences. This conversation allows me to understand your ideas, guide you through options if needed, and outline the design process, ensuring we align on the concept and direction before moving forward. I recommend bringing any inspiration images or creative references to help establish what will best suit you.
Step 2- Design Deposit
Once the initial design direction is confirmed, I will provide the initial quote within a week. A £300 design deposit will be required to proceed. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final payment.
Step 3- Design Development
I’ll refine the concepts into initial design proposals and begin sourcing diamonds and gemstones tailored to your preferences, budget, and vision. Multiple design options will be presented via zoom or an in-person meeting , and once a design route is chosen, the concept is fine-tuned and finalized using advanced CAD technology, with any necessary amendments made at this stage. Once finalized, I will provide you with a detailed design brief, including all design specifications, the final price, and an estimated lead time. This process typically takes 1–3 weeks.
Step 4- Design Sign Off
Once you’re satisfied with the design and price quote, we’ll finalize the agreement. A 50% deposit will be required to proceed, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Production begins once the deposit is received.
Step 5- Production & Delivery
Most bespoke pieces take 6-8 weeks to complete, depending on their complexity. Each piece is crafted in collaboration with a team of talented goldsmiths in the central London. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process. Once your piece is ready, I’ll share images with you. After receiving the final payment, I’ll arrange for collection or delivery, so you can enjoy your custom creation.
